There are two well-known bakers that I am familiar with. The first is my mother whose baking was done out of a sincere love of the joy of it. To experience Rosa Lee's baked goods was to undergo her entire baking experience. This experience began with the measuring and mixing of the ingredients, progressed to the smell of the sweet aroma that emitted from the oven as the ingredients baked, and culminated into the final product where there was never a lack of palates waiting for a sample of the first morsel. There was a quiet delight within her to just experience seeing others enjoy her baking. This delight is what she passed down to me.
My entrepreneurial side did not come via genes. I cannot ever recall a time when my mother ever actually sold any of her baked goods. It was practically unheard of. Therefore my entrepreneurial side did not come naturally. It had to be developed. I soon realized, however, that my delight was quickly lost when the demand surpassed my ability to produce. This is what happens when trying to mass produce in an environment that is not conducive to handle it. This is how Kitchen Kiosk Leasing was conceived.
The second baker that I am familiar with is a baker who has an element of mystery surrounding him. He was an Egyptian king's chief baker who ended up in a prison cell along with the king's chief butler and a governor-in-the-making whose name was Joseph. I cannot readily imagine what offense would have brought a baker to such a state as that. I suppose it could have been for the same alleged offense as Joseph's. However, I would like to believe that it was not due to a false accusation made by the wife of the king. I'd rather believe that it was more along the line of a bad batch of royal dainties that did not turn out to the king's liking.
Here at Kitchen Kiosk Leasing we have the environment that fosters mass production as well as a culture that is more forgiving than that Egyptian king. We understand that there are variables that affect the outcome of your product. Our environment allows you to discover what those variables are and then make the necessary adjustment. We provide the space, equipment, and more importantly we have taken care of all the regulating and licensing requirements. What can this mean for you? It means that this allows you to come with a vision for doing what you love to do that will not get lost in the nebulousness of overhead. We consider ourselves to be a leveling field for the small producer. We welcome the occasional user, short-term user, and long-term user alike. We understand that each individual or business may be at different levels in the development of their business or product. Our environment allows for that difference. Our sincere desire is to see you, as did my mother, delight in seeing others enjoy your cuisine.
